- By placing a custom order, you acknowledge that the design details provided are final once production begins.
- Production will not start until all required details are submitted.
- Processing times for custom orders vary and are provided at checkout.
Final Sale Policy
All custom nail orders are FINAL SALE.
Due to the personalized and hygienic nature of custom nail sets:
- No refunds
- No returns
- No exchanges
This includes:
- Incorrect size selection
- Design preference changes after submission
- Color or style dissatisfaction once completed
Design Variations
Please note:
- Handmade items may have slight variations
- Colors may appear slightly different due to lighting or screen settings
- Artistic interpretation is part of the custom design process
These variations are not considered defects.
